This app has been developed as part of a Footsqueek App Development workshop with Burton Wood Community Primary School.
It is intended to provide historical facts concerning South Africa, Nelson Mandella, and the Apartheid, to primary school children. It includes a multiple-choice quiz, and Talking Nelson, featuring several famous Nelson Mandela quotes.
The children created the graphics for the app with formed the basis of a prototype which they created in Blueprint. The final product was completed by Developers at Footsqueek before being released into the app store. Monies generated will be fed back into the school to demonstrate the value of enterprise to the children.
